My family bought MS Publisher 2002 while they were in Bali. But upon
installing it I found the product activation key was not supplied.

Can any one HELP me??? It would be GREATLY appreciated!

No problem. Go back to where you bought it and ask for the key (assuming the
barefoot vendor is still sitting on the bench where you found him). If
that's not possible, just accept that you wasted $3.58.
