Product key

I'm trying to load my works suite 2000(word) to be exact,
they ask for a product key. I can't find it! My disk are
in envelopes and not in a box. These are not piracy copies!
How can I get a product key that will work? Do I call
microsoft? if so does anyone have to proper number? I'd
greatly appreciate some help from you guys. Thanks Bob
