I type my product key number but it is not valid . What can I do to valid my
product key number?Please reply soon as I need to use is urgently . Thanks .

Hi Bernice,

The product key for a retail copy of MS Office is on the outside of the box it came in. Use that - and be sure not to mix up letters
& numbers (eg 0s & Os). You also can't use the Windows product key.
