I recently purchased a new computer - H P Pavillion,
775Y. I also purchased Microsoft Office XP Small
Business. This was loaded on the computer by HP prior to
shipment. I recieved the disks. Problem: The Product
Key is invalid so I cannot access the programs. The
invalid Product Key is: HJRHB 4QT36 6HHHWY HW9VR
CD788. Can Microsoft e-mail a valid Product Key to me?

Call HP and get the key from them. Have the CD handy, and a magnifying
glass, you need to read the numbers off the center of the disc.
