Product Key

I bought a new computer and the product key came with the
computer for Micrsoft Office. I have typed in the product
key and the error, informs me that this is an incorrect
number. I have called Microsoft and they directed me to a
web site and the information at the website, does not
assist me with my problem. Nor, does it give me a new
product key. If anyone can assist me, I would like
welcome your help. Also, does anyone know the telephone
to purchase a product key for Microsoft Office?

Thank you in advance.

When you type in the product key, please be sure that you are not typing 8
instead of B and vice versa. This is probably the number one reason for the
PID to fail.

The telephone number is your system vendor's support line. Microsoft does
not, will not and cannot assist with OEM installations. The vendor is
obliged to assist with any - and all - support issue, including replacement
keys and media.
