Ben Bavarian, Father of Modern AFIS

So Windows down loaded a new upgrade and started installing it.
The "Enter your Poduct Key" comes up.
I located the 25 character key from the box and entered it.
It came back and says " The key is incorrect. Verify that you have the
correct key, and then retype it".
I have done that five times, and get the same message.
This is a fully paid Office Small Business 2007 SW, bought from Best Buy and
installed of the new computer bought there by the tech support of the Best
Buy.

So what is wrong here?
Did they originally enter the wrong Key?
Is this going to cause any "reduced functionality" of the Office?

Many thanks in advance for your help.
Ben

on occasion the letters
and numbers are clearly
printed on the product
key label.

the zeros look like
"O"'s and the "L"'s
look like ones, P's
look like "F"'s, etc.

there are other
instances as well.
