I just bought a new laptop recently, and it came with the microsoft office
program on it. It continually asked me to type in my product key, so I
did...25 times. And everytime it would say that my product key was invalid. I
need this program for school but it won't let me use it until I type in a
product key. Help?

Your product key is likely for your Operating System. Check with the OEM for
the product key for Office. You probably bought a laptop with a trial
version of Office.

You are typing in the key as found on the bottom of your laptop? That's the
WINDOWS key not the OFFICE key. Refer to the documentation that came with
your new laptop....

Any key that is fixed to your computer is the WINDOWS key....
