I puchased a Premium package thru my college and was given a product key
after puchasing it , but I never downloaded the program. I can not get back
to the screen and my credit card was allready charged. Do they have a service
that lets a person pull up the program with the product key number or can
someone tell me what to do?

You can download the trial version of Office 2007 and then use your
product key. Make sure to download the version you have a product key
for: http://us1.trymicrosoftoffice.com/default.aspx

Where do you get that info from? You cannot do that.If the OP got this from school
then it is most probably a Office Enterprise which needs to be installed. It is a
Volume License Edition which Educational Institutions,Companies and the US Armed
Services are selling through their Home Program
