Often I use borders and cell formatting to highlight columns or rows of my
document.
When I use the fill handle to propagate values, it always overwrites border
and cell formatting, thus wiping out my careful delineation of spreadsheet
areas.
It would be really useful if you could lock cells then simply drag to change
values, not formatting 9including conditional formatting).
