Producting reports based on cost rate table allocations

I’ve filled in a cost rate table for a particular resource who works on
multiple projects / has multiple customers. This resource’s time is charged
at Rate A for one customer and Rate B for another customer, and so on.

• I need a report to show how much revenue this resource is earning the
company, per customer ? I guess similarly, if one of the customers asks me
how much are they paying for this particular resource, is there a useful view
I can show them ?
• I also need to draw a report showing all of the projects that this one
resource is working on, and the percentage of this resource’s time, allocated
to each - like a pie chart. Are there directions for this ?

If you are using Project 2007, then create a Pivot Table type report.
If you are using P2003, you can filter in the report generation to show only
that resource. I do not recall if P2003 will let you get any narrower than
that.
