Production Calendar

I'm not sure if this problem may be a little small for this forum but here
goes.

I run a paper based production schedule for five employees booking in jobs
of between 1 & 3 hours duration. What I would like to do is have a calendar
like the one in Outlook that will show me what jobs are booked against which
employee.

Can this be done in Outlook? If not, any ideas would be appreciated.
