Profile.NK2 cashe with restricted users

Hello,

Apparently the cache for the profile.NK2 database to not save if a user is
restricted.

now my question is do we have any way to make the cache save?

Wierd things is the .NK2 files is in the \application data\microsoft
office\outlook of the uesr.

For the record adding priviledge for my user is not an option.
