Hi,
3 of us login to a system using a single user id and password, but we
have created 3 mail profiles in outlook which enables us to check our
personal mails. This set up worked well till we migrated from a POP
server to an exchange server. Now after we re-created our email ids to
the exchange server, if any one of us gave a "save password" in the
password field, the cache gets overwritten and switching profiles
doesnt even help , as the password is taken from this cache and the
other user gets locked out.
Isn`t profiles designed in such a way that even passwords are cached
differently for different outlook profiles? Is there some solution by
which we can save passwords as well as use the 3 profiles without any
conflict?
Thanks in advance,
