I have two profiles in Outlook 2003 so that I can split emails
(including server accounts etc) between the two companies I work for.

How can I have a common contacts and calendar for both profiles as I
have to constantly switch between profiles before I can commit to a
meeting or contact someone!

You can have a common calendar and contacts, but it won't be the main
calendar and contacts. Just open one profile's PST as a second PST in the
other's profile.
