Profsnl Svc Pack 2 downloaded, Wizard installing Standard version

Downloaded Office upgrade Service Pack 2. When installation began, the
system couldn't find a file it expected to see and would not go forward from
that point without it. That file doesn't exist because the download had
correctly included the install program for my version, Professional. The
version it is trying to load is the Standard.
I can run the install manuallly, but I don't know what the other steps are
in the upgrade process. If someone could respond, THANKS!!!

Hi,

You could start by checking for multiple versions of Office installation in
your machine.
Go under Control Panel> Add/Remove Programs and remove any versions except
for your Office Pro.

Then try installing Office updates and check if they show the correct
updates and installs them.
