Program accessing addresses alert

Hi,
I have office 2000 installed and recently installed office SP-3. Since then
I keep getting an office security alert that a program is trying to access
addresses stored in outlook.
I have no idea what is doing this and if I should give it permission?
I have run a norton virus scan on the machine with nothing dodgy found.
Can anyone shed any light on this?

Actually, by process of elimination, it could be msn messenger trying to
access the contacts in my outlook address book.
Is this normal?

actually it is not msn messenger, but cloudmark spamnet.
There is currently a fix for outlook 2002/xp but it doesn't resolve it for
outlook 2000.
Has anyone else had this issue with outlook 2000 and spamnet?
