Apparently, it is a 'registry' action to be taken. Go to START, click 'RUN', type regedit and in the window that opens up: take the following path under My Computer: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>Microsoft>Office>Outlook>Addins>PDFMOutlook.PDFMOutlook>LoadBehaviour.
