Program (connectivity addreess) a keyboard button to open outlook

What is the best way to program an access button from your keyboard to
emulate the OUTLOOK double click event and therefore acccess Outlook by
depressing the key on the keybord of a Media Center. the key now goes through
HP and connects to AOL!

Assign it to Outlook.exe would be my suggestion. Browse and navigate to
Program Files\Office

Thank you Bob I. It works like a charm. Five minutes with the community after
90- minutes with the help desk in the Philippines and India!
