Program Error Message...Grrrrrr

When entering data into my main form my system closes my
application and leaves me w/ the following message:

Program Error: MSACCESS.exe has generated errors and will
be closed by Windows. You'll need to restart the program.
An error log is being created.

Any ideas? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated...

NOTE: Dr. Watson has in fact generated an error log...but
it's really greek to me.

I got that message when closing out of forms that had an
Active X object on it that was kind of old.

Need more info - what version of Access are you using, and
try posting the Visual Basic code for your "Open" form
module.

Thank you for your reply. The program in question is an
inherited program...after doing some snooping in the code
I discovered that there is no specific code identified w/
the "Open Event." However, that being said, I did find
some orphaned code related to the Active X Calendar...so
I'll try to remove it and see what happens.....I'm using
Office 2000.
