Program Freezing

I installed Franklin Covey Addin called Plan Plus and have noticed that
sometimes the tool bars all seem to freeze and Outlook quits. Sometime I get
a message saying that Outlook encountered a difficulty and had to close.
Other times I don't see this. I uninstalled the program until I could get rid
of the phantom files and then reinstalled. What is wrong and how do I correct
it?

Do you have all the latest updates installed for each product? I am doing
some research to see if I can find a solution.
