Hello,
In our organization we have a case where two projects belonging to one
program are reported together in terms of earned value. These two projects
have two different project schedules and hence exists as two different
projects in the project server. BUT for each week's reporting the ACWP, BCWP
and BCWS of both of them are added in order to determine the schedule and
budget indicators.
Is there any way to have program level schedule and budget indicators
represented in project center views? Or any other method of accomadating this
reporting requirement?
