program trying to access address

Whenever I try to send a "reply" rather than "reply group" from a forum in
Outlook Express get a prompt saying a program is trying to access Outlook
address book. I have done updated virus scan with new results as well as
removal tools for lates virus, also comes up 0. Do Outlook and OE use same
address book? Any solutions. Computer freezes when I hit "NO".--

If you are using OE as a newsreader only, and you try to reply to a person,
it will access Outlook, use its engine for sending. The warning is by
default and cannot be turned off. If you want to send a reply directly to a
poster (poor nettiquette), OE will use Outlook for sending the message.
Since the message is generated by another program, you will always get this
prompt.
