Program trying to access Outlook email addresses pop-up

In the last few days I started seeing the dialogue box warning that a
program is trying to access Outlook email addresses.

I run Norton AV, keep it updated and run a full system scan twice a
week. I have run the scan a couple of times since this behavior started
and it has found no resident viruses or worms, etc.

Has anyone had this experience? Are there other troubleshooting steps I
can take?

FWIW, the IIS and SQL Server SMTP services are disabled on the machine.

You have some application program that you're running that is accessing the
addresses. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2002sp3.htm#problems for
a list of the common apps that cause this.

Thanks, Brian. That's the ticket. I was not aware that SP3 raised
access warnings for some of my applications. The slipstick site showed
me the way.
