Programatically add activex

I want to add an activex control to a form when I open
the form. This way I can ship out my program to every
user and just link in the activex control to the users
that need it (and actually have it on their PC).

I've managed to set the reference to the ocx
programatically. However I'm not sure how to create the
activex control from Visual Basic code.

Any ideas ?
