Programatically Grab Outlook Signature

How can I grab the user's signature programatically? I want to be bale to
grab the signature, the format of it (rtf, html) and also know whether it is
the signature currently set to be included in forward/reply or new mail

This is so that I can programaticaly insert through my managed COM Add-In.
