Programatically set resources to active from a list

My group has a problem in that users in multiple domains are being set to
inactive when they attempt to log in from their "other" domain account. I
want to simply scrub the resource list nightly and set all users in my
separate list (that I have as active) to "active". Kind of an override to
some annoying PS behavior. Might anyone have some code or a script to do
this?

Constantine:

A user attempting a logon in no way affects the status of the user account
in Project Server whether they use a correct account or not. It seems as
though something else is causing your symptoms. Are you using AD Synch on
your system? Is this setup correctly?
