Programmatically control the Scroll Bar?

Hello--

I have a long form that doesn't all fit on the screen. As
the user tabs along the fields, the view doesn't
automatically adjust, so the cursor eventually just
disappears off the screen. I'd like to have the scroll bar
move to the far right once a certain field gets the focus,
then move back to far left once the cursor moves down to a
new record. Sure the user could do this himself, but it's
something of a hassle.

I have no idea how to go about this. Any ideas? As usual,
any help would be muchly appreciated.
