Programmatically create a section in a specific location using VB6

I have a vb6 Job Costing program that I would like to be able to create a
section in One Note for each new job. I found some shell commands for
creating a new section but they aren't very reliable and the "/paste" seems
to only work with the clipboard. My Job Number is in a textbox and is
therefore hard to insert as the section title. Also, the "/new" seems to
create the new section in the last selected section which isn't going to be
reliable. Any Ideas? TIA

If you know a little c#, you can check out the code from my text file
importer at
http://blogs.msdn.com/johnguin/archive/2007/04/30/customer-feedback-results-in-another-powertoy.aspx. Shouldn't be too much work to convert to VB.

http://bdewey.com/2007/07/18/onenote-powershell-provider/ which may be useful
as well.
