programmatically determine location of QAT

Hi All,

is there an object that I can reference that reveals the location of
the QAT in Word 2007? For instance, I want to determine if the QAT is
located above or below the ribbon. That is all, nothing really
fancy.. I don't need to hide it, i don't need to move it, i just need
to locate where it is on the screen.

The .qat file does not list the location of the toolbar within the xml
structure, it contains all the commands on the toolbar, but not where
the toolbar itself resides on the screen.
