Programmatically export contact, calendar, note, and task records from public/team/personal folders.

Hello,

A company has hundreds of teams nationally (2 to 6 persons per team) using
Outlook (various versions, but mostly XP).
Need a way to pull their contact, note, task, and calendar records from the
public folders (I assume interacting with Exchange) and also any records
residing in their personal folders.

I'm familiar with vb.net and am just now getting into using VSTO.

Any help in pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
