Programmatically Moving Messages

I need to write a small (or large) script that will step through all
folders and subfolders from a given starting point and copy or move all
messages to a single folder. How would I do this?


MainFolder
-Sub1
-Sub2
-Sub2a
-Sub2b
etc etc

All messages need to be copy/moved to NewMainFolder.
