Programmatically Superscripting?

Hi

I am programmatically generating EXCEL using VSTO. I have to superscript one
character in a word. Can any one suggest me which API/ technique I should use
to superscript one character of a word..the word to be superscripted can be a
special character e.g. @

Sorry I missed these - I am using C#, VSTO 2005, Office (Excel) 2007 on
Visual Studio 2008 Beta version...Thanks
