Programme Back-up

When I bought Office Basic 2007 by down-load (NOT trial version) the Receipt
for the purchase suggested I create a back-up on hard drive or DVD. How do
I do this?

You copy the installation file (the download) to external media, also a copy
of the receipt & the key
