Have an HP mediacenter, with XP and a buttons patch installed
It contains fast key access buttons on the keyboard
one of the keys is identifed as email
HP has programmed it to access aol
Have outlook installed on the computer (professional edition)
using the <start> <settings> <control panel> < keyboard> [buttons] TAB
hte buttons are visible
the buttons tab has three fields ... BUTTONS DISPLAY LABEL ADDRESS
the display label and address are both reprogrammible by double clicking
them
the address is poulated in all the other buttons with either a www
address some with www some without some with http:// some with https:// and
they can also be populated through a favorites control box.
MY QUESTION: WHAT ADDRESS DO IT PUT IN THERE TO EMULATE THE DOBLE CLICK ON
THE OUTLOOK ICON?
Have tried pop3.email.msn.com with both the http or https and neither work.
MSN , after over 90 minutes and escalation did not understand my question,
or the correct answer I cannot be usre.
Can anyone help? Where can I find answers to questions like this. Google did
not provide any meaningful results on proper programming of the hot button
key on my keyboard (actually fast access button!)
Thanks in advance
All good things!
