Programming context-sensitive help in customised Outlook forms

Hi -

I have a number of customised Outlook 2000 forms and a
general help file produced using as CHM editor. The CHM
editor can generate context sensitive help if there is
a .h file to accompany the application. Does anyone know
whether Outlook uses that - or if there are other ways to
link context sensitive help to an OUtlook form?
