Programming problem help

We use outlook to book appointments so that staff can tell when the boardroom is free or busy. We have set the boardroom as a user and use this calendar to book appointments by going through our personal calendar and going File - Open - Other Users Folder and selecting boardroom from the list

Idealy, what I would like to do, is to be able to click a button which will automatically open the boardroom calendar

Does anyone know how I can create a button and program it to do this, but also add it to either the Outlook Shortcuts Toolbaror or My Shortcusts toolbar

I am not a programmer but I can get by when things are explained in detail so as much info as possible would be very much appreciated

Also, I would prefer to programthis task on each individual workstation rather than try and program something on the server and roll it out to each workstation in case I mess it up

Many thank

No need for fancy programming.
Click Tools > Email Accounts > View or Change Existing... > Select the
Exchange Account > Change... > More Settings... > Advanced > Add > Enter
the "user's" email account name.

From now on, when the user launches Outlook, they will have their own
mailbox open as well as the Boardroom's.

And maybe even easier, after opening the boardroom's mailbox, you can also
simply RIGHT click and drag its icon to the desktop and choose Copy. This
won't actually copy the mailbox the desktop but it will create a shortcut.
