Programming the 'Send' button

I am using Outlook 2000. Is it possible to put code
behind the 'send' button with a Yes/No prompt when writing
a new email? If the user clicks YES, send the email, if
click no, just does nothing and stays in the message
form. How can this be done. I know VB already. thanks
