I read some books and learned some basic technolgoies can be used in outlook
programming.
However, I just wonder the advantages of using e.g. views/forms ... instead
of Sharepoint.
Any advice?

Dear Ben,
Thx for your advice.
At this moment, I don't have details.
I just got some request that to build a training enrollment system for
internal staffs (about 300 with outlook 2003 / exchange 2007).
For myself, I think users are familiar to the outlook GUI and so I prefer to
build the app within outook.
However, some staffs in my team suggest to use Sharepoint as they heard that
public folder will not be used in the next version of Exchange and suggest
to use setup Sharepoint servers.
I read some basic info regarding Sharepoint, but I think that we may not
need to use it as if we build it with outlook easily. (and we don't need
the advance features of document sharing in Sharepoint yet).
However, I need to pursrue my boss to my advice on using outlook only. And
so I would like to collect others' advcie on this issue.
