programs accessing outlook 2002 problem

Hi there, I'm a new user who needs some help!

As soon as I enter a contact, task or calender entry into outlook 2002 I get
the following notification window open:

"A program is trying to access email addresses you have stored in outlook.
Do you want to allow this?

If this is unexpected it may be a virus and you should chose "No"

(small check box) Allow this for (1-10 minutes drop down box)
Yes No Help (buttons)"

If I press yes or no the dialogue box just keeps coming back and if I press
help it just tell me to press yes or no.

I can allow it for up to 10 minutes but then it jyst comes back again!

HELP.

You have some kind of add-in. Start Outlook once with the /safe command
line switch (i.e, Start>Run, enter "outlook.exe /safe" in the RUn field,
click OK) and see if the problem still exists. If not, you know it's an
add-in. CLick Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options and look in the Add-In
Manager and COM Add-Ins dialogues for what add-ins you have. Turn them all
off and add them back in one at a time until you find out which one is
causing the problem.
