Progress bar (meter) appeared at first to be a a simple task

My VBA code simply copyfiles a MDB databse from one location to
another.

The MDB file size is known.

Scouring everywhere for literally two weeks I cannot find out how to
create a progress meter or bar that accurately gives copy progress for
one large MDB(using SysCmd).

Needless to say I would really appreciate effective assistance on this
specific need.
