Progress line help

When using the progress line, it will not recognise the
progress, which has been achieved ahead of schedule.

Does anybody have an idea how I can rectify this problem

First post the work that was done ahead of schedule on the actual dates that
it was done. You can't jump forward to next Tuesday and do work then, you
can only move some of the work back into the present and work on it now.
