Progress Line Question

Maila

I would like to set progress lines (or any other tracking tool) so I can look
at the Project and be able to see how much progress (%) has occurred on each
task during each subsequent week. For instance, one task has been stuck at
75% for the past 2 weeks and this should be reflected in the line that no
progress is being made, regardless of the date.

Any suggestions and help is greatly appreciated!

It sounds like you've got happening just what should be happening. If no
new progress has been made, the progress line wouldn't move or get longer.
It would just get farther and farther away to the left of the current date.
If I had a 10 day task scheduled last month and work begun on it and went
for 5 day then stopped, it is 50% done. No matter how much time passes
since then, until we do some more work on it it is still only 50% done. The
progress bar shouldn't get longer until we do more work and it should sit
locked to the dates when the work actually took place.
