Progress on Activities and Proposals [2007]

Hello,
I'm using the 2007 + SP1 version of the bug PS.
While the resources entered time on Activities or in Proposals, via a % in
the Assignent Details or in their Timesheet, then an automatic approval,
then an Update Tasks, in the Project Center views the % progress remains at
0%.
What did I miss?

PS : it seems that the Publish process for Activities or Proposals is very
slow.
20 minutes after the last click on the Save and Publish button, the actual
data arrived at last in the Project Center views!
