Prohibit database copy

Users need permissions to add, change, & delete data in an Access 3003
database. I want to prohibite them from copying the entire database or saving
it to local drives. I can't find any way to do this in Access 2003; can it be
done with Access 2007?

If you need to prtoect data from non-users use network permissions.

If you need to protect data from *users* then it should not be in an Access
file. That sort of security requires a server database like SQL Server.
