Proj Srvr 2003 Enterprise Resource pool with AD

Event Source: Microsoft Project Server Tracing Eventlog

Something simple that is driving me nuts. I set Project
Server 2003 to sync with an Active Directory group
under "Server Configuration" tab on the web access
interface. It states that the process fails and this
event log entry is created and I quote:

Date: 2/3/2004
Time: 1:05:08 AM
User: charco\SvcAcctSPP
Computer: MKPORTAL1

File: AutoADProcess

Please help!!!!
