PROJ_ID changes.

Hi,

Could someone please tell me in what circumstances Project
will change PROJ_ID of an existing project, when saving it
into the database? Is it possible for me to stop Project
doing so? (Or should I?) Even with an empty project
database I prepared carefully, Microsoft Project 2002
(Standard Edition) will change its PROJ_ID when saving it.
The only difference between before saving and after saving
I know is PROJ_LAST_SAVED in MSP_PROJECTS table,
RESERVED_BINARY_DATA in MSP_PROJECTS table, and an extra
row in MSP_OUTLINE_CODES table.
