Project '03 startup GBUI Error

MS Project 2003 Standard just started giving me an
error message at startup that says:

"The command is attempting to use a web page
gbui://blank.htm" It goes on to tell me tha I need to
add the site as a trusted site in Explorer.

I've reinstalled removed, restored and nothing works.
Any help or insight
out there?

I'm in the same boat. I can't decide if it started with
MS Project SP1 install, or with Win XP SP2 install. And
trying to add it as a trusted site gets you nowhere.

I had the same problem today. I went to Windows Update,
installed everything that came up, did a restart, and mine
worked fine.

I have been working on it all day!
