Project 12 : where is Project Web Access

Hi

We are evaluating Microsoft Project 12 server and Microsoft Project
Professional as a part
Of TAP Program.

Although we have installed Project Server and Project Professional, we
are unable to connect
Project Professional to the Poject Server using Windows credentials.

If Project Web Access is the same WSS 3.0 site ( http://servername )
which comes after
successful configuration of Project 12 Server, then, which URL should
we specify while l
ogging on to Project Server in Project Professional.

If I give the http://servername as the URL, while creating Project
server account using Windows Authentication.
Then the following errors come while logging on through Project
Professional:

"Project was not able to connect to the Project server"
OR
"Ensure that Server Administrator has enabled the Enterprise Feature in
Project Web Access"

I would make sure you can access PWA before trying to connect with Project Pro.

In our setup we access the PWA through the Project SSP IIS site. I found
that I needed to fully qualify our server name and specify a page name when
accessing the site. This is the address I use for accessing the PWA site.

http://<servername>.test.com.au:<port number>/projectserver/projects.aspx
