Project 2000 - 1,048,000 rows in a project message.

I received the following error message when attempting to open a Project 200
file using Project 2000 - operation can not be completed because it will
exceed 1,048,000 rows. I have received this before because the file was
corrputed. Previously, I could recover the file and paste data to a new file.
However, this time the file will not even load.

Has anyone encountered this problem and found a way to open and load the
data?

Thanks. I now understand better with some research and your reply why it
happened (not sure exactly why, but understand where the problem originated).
Do you know how I can open the file to get the data without recovering from
the last backup and reapplying the updates since the last backup?

Hi Don,

If you can't open the file at all, then you have no option but to go to a
backup. Sorry
