Project 2000 ad Project 2007 converter

Hi, I have an user that have project 2000 and he getting files created in
project 2007 and when he try to open he keep getting asked to download
project converter which he is led to the loaction of the doenload from
Microsoft however therr is no link for the download.

Your assistance is highly appreciated.

Pal,
Project 2007 uses a different file format than previous versions of
Project. The message is misleading since there is no converter. However,
the users who have Project 2007 can save the file in a format that is
compatible with earlier versions of Project. Then your user should be
able to open them.

Be advised that working with users of Project 2007 on a regular basis
will likely result in some loss of data. For the best compatibility, all
users should be using the same version of Project.
